Agile Coach

At Frankfurt School I teach "Agile Projectmanagement". I hold a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, Germany. I started my career in the IT sector in 2001 in classical structured waterfall projects. I gathered experience in large migration projects of enterprise resource planning software. The first contact with Lean was in 2008 during my study of computer science and my work with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) to fulfil customer needs at service level management. In 2010 I started my work at Deutsche Telekom AG, Products & Innovation, helping to start the Agile Transition Team. Since then, I worked as an Agile Coach and Trainer helping people adopt and optimize Agile methods and an Agile way of thinking in the pursuit of the massive cultural change towards an Agile organization. Agile and Lean values come naturally to me and my experience of Agile methods includes Scrum, Kanban, Agile Engineering Practices, Lean Startup, Customer Development, Business Modelling, Change Management, team dynamics and management responsibilities. Since 2015, I work as an independent and self-employed Agile Coach and I founded Agile Unlimited. Parallel I am an university lecturer at University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt.
