Selling at P&G: Learn how YOU can convince your customer and rock your category!

As a producing company P&G depends on a great, entrepreneurial group of Sales people who jointly work plans with our customers for mutual business growth via addressing shopper & consumer needs.

Sales in local P&G organization reaches from Key Account Management to Market Strategy & Planning as well as corporate roles.

As Key Account Manager in one of our multifunctional customer teams you are the owner of a category/customer combination and jointly work category strategies, plans for our initiatives, campaigns. You lead the business with your customer and you are responsible for business success. Don’t worry, you will be trained well, e.g. with negotiation trainings and your colleagues will be eager to help & support you with their experience.

Moving to a Market Strategy & Planning role the scope shifts into responsibility for the “Go to Market Strategy” of your specific brand in DACH. This includes working closely with Marketing in the local organization, but also with our European headquarter in Geneva on strategy and upcoming initiatives.

Our sales organization appreciates the contribution and energy of Sales Interns who work on their own projects from day 1 supported by training & coaching from experienced managers.
