Are you fit enough for alternative M&As?

Digital transformation, green energy and e-mobility illustrate new strategic challenges that many business leaders face today. According to recent market surveys, one of two companies plans for Joint Ventures or Alliances to master these challenges. However, most deal-makers are not fit enough for alternative M&As. That is because, since globalisation in the 1990s, Joint Ventures and Alliances have been primarily used only in a small number of specific industries.

Ich blicke nun auf eine sehr intensive und auch anstrengende Zeit zurück, die ich aber stets in guter Erinnerung behalten werde. In September 2023, Frankfurt School Community Management informed the student body about the A4S (Accounting for Sustainability) International Case Competition 2023. Hong Nhung Tran, Tobias Klinkhamels and I, Cloe De Leo, decided to apply. We believed that the A4SICC would allow the three of us to train our skills in sustainability and human rights.
