Admissions season is well underway and with a record intake in 2019, the competition for the 2020 intake is even tougher.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ve got your Bachelor\u2019s degree, you\u2019re passionate about finance, and you\u2019re ready to take on a new challenge. That\u2019s great, we\u2019d love to see what you have to offer, but what will make you stand out?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>So what does our ideal candidate have?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A first degree (irrelevant of discipline)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English skills<\/li>\n<li>A good GMAT, GRE or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.frankfurt-school.de\/en\/home\/newsroom\/events\/assessment-center\/masters-admissions-test\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Frankfurt School Admission test<\/a> score<\/li>\n<li>Business and\/or finance experience (through study, work or extracurricular activities)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>How can you shine a pool full of stars?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>We are looking for individuals who will add diversity and drive to our international programme and will develop and learn from others whilst working together intensely over the course of two years. Strong grades are an excellent start but we\u2019re also looking to see that you have gone the extra mile. Internships and international experience are also strongly considered and can only be beneficial to your application. So don\u2019t be shy to include what you\u2019ve been up to, we\u2019re interested in all aspects of the application.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Now that you\u2019ve clicked submit, what\u2019s next?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The admissions interview is your chance to show us how your individual assets will contribute to the entire Frankfurt School <a href=\"http:\/\/www.frankfurt-school.de\/en\/home\/programmes\/master\/finance\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Master of Finance<\/a>\u00a0programme. We want to get to know the person behind the online application because based on what we\u2019ve seen so far, you could be a good fit! How have your previous experiences shaped you? What draws you to finance? What are you expecting from our Master of Finance programme? And what about afterwards?<\/p>\n<p>You all share an interest in finance and a desire to pursue a career in the field. Top GMAT scores and excellent English skills keep a competitive market. We encourage you to really think about what you can share in a 30-45 minute interview \u2013 something that we can\u2019t see on your application documents and that sets you apart from the rest. It\u2019s tough, but certainly not impossible.
