Yeoul Jinny Son currently works as the Head of HR for the global Offshore business segment in Hilti Group, a world-leading company in construction tools, anchors, energy and industry cable channel products for onshore and offshore. She is also actively coaching younger generations and sharing insights into the area of Diversity and Inclusion, serving as an Expert Panellist for The Centre for Global Inclusion in USA and Women In Innovation (WIN) in Korea.
