Celine is the project manager for the Gateways for Peace project in South Africa. She is part of the team implementing the EU framework contract for the implementation of EU Foreign Policy worldwide, which focuses particularly on public diplomacy, information outreach and the organisation of events. She also is an expert in microfinance and manages various other projects under the EU framework contract “Innovative Financing for Development”.
