In a few weeks, on the 25th March, we are going to be hosting the 2nd FS Industry Day here on campus. To help you prepare, I am pleased to give you a quick insight into what the event is about. We first launched the Industry Day in 2014 to give our students a second annual career fair alongside our main Career Day Meet FS which is hosted in October each year.
The Industry Day is specifically designed to showcase our corporate partners and recruiters from a broad and balanced range of industries. The format proved popular and this year we are looking forward to welcoming even more companies in March. Alongside some of our long term partners such as GE, Consileon and Tata Consultancy Services, we are looking forward to welcoming a number of first time exhibitors and corporate partners. Among our new partner companies we have Arthur D. Little and Crowe Horwath from the Consulting and Accounting sector; GETRAG and Kautex Textron, both leading international suppliers from the automotive sector; Verizon Communication – a well known global player in the communication and technology sector; and Klenk Holz, one of Germany’s hidden champions from the timber industry.
Keep an eye on the Industry Day web page and our Twitter feed for more companies as we expect to see many more going the event still. The event is going to be a great opportunity for you to learn about the range of companies and industries available to you through Frankfurt School’s network, but remember that the companies are going to expect you to come prepared. Here are a few tips to help you prepare:
Good luck and see you on the day!
