Was haben Geschäftsprozesse mit Burnout zu tun?

Unternehmen stehen heute unter permanentem Druck, ihre Produktivität zu erhöhen. Die Einführung neuer Anwendungssysteme, neue Kennzahlen zur Leistungsmessung oder die Zentralisierung von Unternehmenseinheiten steigern zwar den Output, doch sie führen auch zu wachsender psychischer Belastung der Mitarbeitenden. Dauerhafte Überlastung kann in Burnout und anderen mentalen Überlastungen münden, was langfristig die Motivation, Gesundheit und Bindung der Beschäftigten gefährdet.

By showing an incredible ability to identify complex data patterns, AI bears the promise of simplifying and improving daily business operations and has multiple implications in finance. So, what can we expect in the field of sustainable finance?
As we rapidly approach the critical 1.5°C target set in the 2015 Paris Agreement, the urgency to address climate change and its multifaceted impacts cannot be overstated. Rising temperatures, sea level increases, biodiversity loss, and pervasive pollution of air, water, and soil continue to challenge the global community.

Für Artikel, Ideen oder Social-Media-Texte lasse ich das Modell daher zunächst recherchieren, Inhalte strukturieren oder Material sammeln. So steht ein solides Fundament, bevor die eigentliche Aufgabe beginnt.

Current political discourse teems with discussions about language. People get hot-headed about gender-neutral language, street names, what one is “still allowed to say,” and the limits of political correctness. Recently, the German state of Bavaria’s conservative government even went so far as to ban outright gender-neutral spellings in all legal and administrative state regulation, the justification being that such spellings would make official regulations harder to understand.

Embarking on a Master's in Applied Data Science at Frankfurt School has been a transformative journey, intertwining rigorous academic work with real-world professional experience. It has been a journey of growth, learning and self-discovery. It’s a challenging yet rewarding path that has taught me the importance of resilience, time management and strategic planning.
"Loss and Damage" refers to the adverse impacts of climate change that surpass the ability of countries and communities to adapt or that occur despite adaptation efforts. It has gained prominence in the climate change debate because it is becoming increasingly clear that mitigation and adaptation alone will not be enough to address the impacts of climate change.

Iraq has endured years of conflict and political instability which has severely impacted economic activity, no less for its crucial SME sector.Access to finance remains a significant hurdle for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Iraq. Despite being the backbone of the economy, contributing significantly to employment rates and GDP, SMEs face substantial barriers to obtaining the financial resources they need to grow and sustain their operations.

Sowing seeds of prosperity: Agribusinesses in Egypt

Recognising this critical gap between financial institutions and agribusinesses, GIZ Egypt launched the ‘Strengthening Access to Finance for Agribusiness in Egypt’ together with Frankfurt School, with the aim of equipping financial institutions with the necessary tools and know-how to bolster their service provisions for agribusinesses, to foster an environment in which they can thrive and, ultimately, to have a lasting impact on economic growth and stability.

Mit der Weiterentwicklung von transformativen Technologien verschwimmen die Grenzen zwischen digital und analog immer mehr. Auch immersive Erlebnisse nehmen durch das wachsende Interesse am „Metaverse“ stetig zu - nicht nur für Spiel und Spaß, sondern auch für die Zusammenarbeit in Gruppen und Teams.
Die Anwendung von Künstlicher Intelligenz im Audit stellt zunehmend eine wertvolle Unterstützung für Prüfer:innen in unterschiedlichsten Prüfungshandlungen dar. Zukünftig wird das Co-Piloted Auditing Paradigma die Anwendung Künstlicher Intelligenz jedoch die Prüfungspraxis zunehmend transformieren.
