Graduate Recruitment Coordinator at Nomura
Eleni Miltiadous joined Nomura for the new recruitment year in September. She is a coordinator in the graduate recruitment team in London, specialising in Global Market graduate schemes. Eleni looks after several universities in the UK, and is responsible for Nomura’s recruiting efforts at Oxford and Cambridge. Eleni organises interviews and assessment centres in London alongside coordinating presentation, insight and networking events throughout Europe.

Our Graduate Programmes

We are committed to creating long-term opportunities for everyone Nomura and as such strive to ensure that you feel supported in developing your career with us. The route onto the Nomura Graduate programme is available through enrolling in our 9 week Summer Internship, Off-Cycle Internship or One Year Business Placement. For Global Markets and Investment Banking, we look for students in their penultimate or final year of studying. For Corporate Infrastructure, all applicants must be in their penultimate year to complete an internship programme.

For students enrolled in a sandwich degree, there is a one year business placement programme within Corporate Infrastructure with the opportunity to be fast-tracked onto our graduate programme. For more information on our application process, please visit our website.

Our Off-Cycle Programmes

All our Summer, Regional and Industrial Placement Programmes offer the opportunity to be fast tracked for our Graduate Programmes. We aim to provide our interns with the same level of exposure as full-time Analysts. You will form strong working relationships and learn more about Nomura’s goals and values along the way.

If you are interested in Global Markets or Investment Banking, we offer 3-6 month internships across Europe in:

  • Amsterdam
  • Frankfurt
  • Madrid
  • Milan
  • Paris

Although we may be sat in different countries, our teams across the continent and seas are always united.
