Oliver Bader

Oliver Bader is a Managing Director and Strategic & Regulatory Execution Lead at Bank of New York Mellon (BNYM) in London. Before joining BNYM in New York, Oliver worked for Germany’s second-largest bank as Front Office COO for their Portfolio Restructuring Unit in London, as CFO for North America and well as Global Program Director for a KYC/Sanctions remediation programme in Frankfurt & New York. Prior to these roles, Oliver held senior leadership positions in Capital Markets as well as Internal Audit in London and Frankfurt. Besides his degree from Hochschule für Bankwirtschaft, he is also a Certified Financial Service Auditor (CFSA), holds a Diploma in Corporate Governance as well as several Agile Project Management Certifications (i.e. RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach).
