The last impact of the Sanctions Enforcement Act II (SanktDG II)

Meldung von Unstimmigkeiten bei der Zuordnung von Immobiliendaten - Mit § 23b GwG wurde durch Art. 4 SanktDG II eine neue Meldepflicht eingefügt, die am 1.1.2026 in Kraft trat. Hintergrund ist die erfolgte Verknüpfung der Immobiliendaten der Grundbücher mit dem Transparenzregister.

In deren Folge wurde die Geschäftstätigkeit von Finanz- und sonstigen Unternehmen, aber auch der öffentlichen Verwaltung und von Privatpersonen teilweise erheblich beeinträchtigt.

I’ve always been an engineer at heart. Not just by education, but by instinct. I look for structure. I want to understand what holds a system together, where it breaks under stress and what needs to change so it becomes stable again. Early in my career I believed - quite honestly - that the hardest part of progress would be technology.
