By working closely with clinicians and our Medical Advisory Board, we uncovered a major issue: critical medical knowledge was scattered, outdated, buried in complexity and hard to access when it mattered most. Healthcare professionals were making high-stakes decisions under pressure, yet the tools at their disposal weren’t built for the reality of the clinical world.
That’s where we started: solving a very specific problem—bringing precise, evidence-based decision support directly to the point of care. But as we dug deeper, it became clear: this wasn’t just a niche issue. It was a fundamental gap in how modern medicine operates.

Our story began in close collaboration with the University Hospital Frankfurt, where we tested our early prototypes, gathered feedback directly from clinicians, and refined LANDO to address real-world pain points. We’re proud of the six-figure contract volumes we’ve secured so far, especially given the challenges in today’s German healthcare climate.
