Annette, what are the opportunities for students and graduates at NORMA Group?

We offer young talents with a degree for example in Economics, International Management, Marketing, Finance, Strategy & Organisation direct entry positions. But it does not exclusively concern graduates: We also regularly co-supervise bachelor theses and assist students with their master’s theses, offer internships and offer positions for student trainees.

Beginning of 2019 NORMA Group received an award for its excellent working quality for interns and working students. The company was honored with the Hidden Champion Award of the management consultancy Clevis Consult for its outstanding employer quality for talented young personnel. The Clevis Future Talent Report is the most comprehensive German study on the satisfaction of interns and working students. Every year, Clevis surveys about 7,600 current and former interns and working students from companies in various industries.
