Frankfurt School Career Day – my journey from applicant to representative

Young Fintech start-ups prove that work in the financial sector can be quite different from employment at one of Frankfurt’s banking towers. Instead of rigid hierarchies and monotonous work atmosphere, Fintechs strive to break the mold of the traditional financial industry’s old structures.

As CrowdDesk, we are one of these young Fintechs. Our goal is nothing less than the digitization of the financial sector. For this purpose, we develop and operate investment marketplaces to support companies with our digital solutions.

As a Fintech start-up based in the banking metropolis of Frankfurt, we think and act differently than the financial sector’s dominant players. Our young team is more agile and more dynamic to provide our customers with a state-of -the-art digital financial product. Variety is guaranteed. Our clients come from a wide range of industries: from renewable energies to real estate, health, development aid, and traditional banks. We are therefore offering talents with various backgrounds an exciting environment to apply their own approaches. Whether you are interested in finance, tech or legal issues, this is the perfect workplace for you.

We are not just a start-up, but also a service provider, making our workday also a bit like an agency. Responding quickly and flexibly to the needs of different clients is a must. This requires a lot of creativity and the constant aspiration to learn something new.

This is why we are not looking for lemmings working to rule, but for brilliant minds who quickly assume responsibility and introduce their own ideas into our team. More importantly, in addition to free snacks, muesli and fruit, you will find plenty of freedom in your work, a multifaceted workday, and a young, motivated team with flat hierarchies at CrowdDesk.

Meet us at Frankfurt School’s start-up night on March 16. We are looking forward to exchanging ideas with you.
