Meldung von Unstimmigkeiten bei der Zuordnung von Immobiliendaten - Mit § 23b GwG wurde durch Art. 4 SanktDG II eine neue Meldepflicht eingefügt, die am 1.1.2026 in Kraft trat. Hintergrund ist die erfolgte Verknüpfung der Immobiliendaten der Grundbücher mit dem Transparenzregister.

In den letzten Jahren haben viele Ausfälle der Energie- und unmittelbar daran anschließend der Informations- und Kommunikationsinfrastruktur stattgefunden. In deren Folge wurde die Geschäftstätigkeit von Finanz- und sonstigen Unternehmen, aber auch der öffentlichen Verwaltung und von Privatpersonen teilweise erheblich beeinträchtigt.
