Mit dem Digital Operational Resilience Act, kurz DORA, hat die Europäische Union eine Regulierung für alle Finanzinstitute in der EU geschaffen. Ziel dieser Verordnung ist es, den europäischen Finanzmarkt gegenüber Cyberrisiken und Störungen der ITK zu stärken.

Im April des letzten Jahres veröffentlichte die Europäische Bankaufsichtsbehörde (EBA) eine neue Leitlinie zur erneuten Vorlage historischer Daten im Rahmen der EBA-Melderegelungen (EBA/GL/2024/04)1. Dabei sind vor allem Säule I Meldedaten gemeint, aber auch Daten, welche der Aufsicht regelmäßig übermittelt werden.
