Meldung von Unstimmigkeiten bei der Zuordnung von Immobiliendaten - Mit § 23b GwG wurde durch Art. 4 SanktDG II eine neue Meldepflicht eingefügt, die am 1.1.2026 in Kraft trat. Hintergrund ist die erfolgte Verknüpfung der Immobiliendaten der Grundbücher mit dem Transparenzregister.

Gefälschte Profile, die seriöse Unternehmen oder deren Mitarbeitende imitieren, sind ein zentrales Element von Social Engineering – und oft der Ausgangspunkt für Betrugsformen wie CEO Fraud.
Financial Planning ist eben kein sichtbares Statussymbol. Es ist keine Hermès Birkin Bag, die man mit sich trägt und mit der man Eindruck schinden kann. Gute Finanzplanung wirkt im Verborgenen. Unauffällig, leise, aber mit großer Wirkung. Und genau darin liegt ihr eigentlicher Wert.
