Responsibility from day one, constant contact with our clients, a steep learning curve, and this in a friendly yet productive team environment. That may not sound like a job you would normally expect in the financial services industry? That may be. However, at 4C GROUPthis is reality.
As a consultant at 4C GROUP I work in the competence center for Financial Services and belong toour Munich office. Here I receive the exceptional opportunity of combining the exciting but also demanding work of a management consultant with my interest in financial institutions.
For example, I assist our clients in realising the modern trends with 
regard to the comprehensive digitalisation of entire business areas, the implementation of revolutionary technologies, and the creation of new business models that accompany these developments. Additionally, I support and advise our clients to ensure that they comply with any legal and regulatory requirements.
Currently, I am part of a project team that assists a well-renowned global player in the financial services industry, in realising a sustainable enhancement in efficiency as part of a company-wide project initiative.
Of course, the high number of different projects is very demanding, but my view is that there is no better way to encourage one’s personal development. As each project and client excites and enhances my methodological and analytical abilities in a new way.
Overall, we at 4C GROUP place a very high importance in delivering solutions which are tailored individually to the specific needs of each client. Therefore, it is essential to have a close and continuous cooperation with our client’s management, and we are not satisfied with delivering only a standardized solution at the beginning of a mandate.
We believe that this method creates customer value in the short- and long run, this is what makes the job as a consultant at 4C GROUP so exciting to me: not only creating theoretical solutions, but also experiencing how my own ideas and actions have a direct impact on the success of our clients.
Furthermore, this shows how much trust and appreciation 4C GROUP has for my efforts. As a representative of my company’s values and competences, I was given the opportunity to work with responsibility from the very first project. By cooperating closely with my project managers and even with the partners of 4C GROUP I can continue to benefit from their knowledge and experiences.
Of course, professional expertise, and the willingness to go the proverbial extra-mile, is also indispensable characteristics in a good consultant at 4C GROUP. But it is the synergetic, honest and appreciative working atmosphere that ultimately makes the difference to me.
