Matthias Catón
Managing Director, German Maritime Centre
Dr. Matthias Catón is the Managing Director of the German Maritime Centre in Hamburg, a leading think tank for the German maritime industry.
Before taking up his current position, he worked at Frankfurt School as Director of Corporate Development (2019-2024) and as Programme Director of the Bachelor (BSc) in Business Administration (2011-2019). He also launched and ran the Indo-German Centre for Business Excellence, a think tank, research center, and network that connects people and organizations interested in business relations between India and Germany.
